Comparisons with active contingency difference
The report of comparisons with difference (active contingency) is a feature that allows comparing request values between two audit cut-off dates. The goal is to identify the variation in values over time, considering only requests classified as active contingency.
To access the comparison with difference (active contingency), open the main menu, select the module Legal, Reports, and click the option Comparisons with difference active contingency.

Next, the block (Report: Comparisons with difference active contingency) will be displayed:

To generate the report, select an audit cut and a date of cut recording, identified by the date + description of the recording, to use as the initial date and a final date.
From there, the system automatically performs the difference calculation, subtracting the values from the initial date from the values of the final date. It is also possible to detail the information by requests, making a more in-depth analysis easier.

If you need to analyze specific data, the list allows you to search the data by clicking the button Filter. You can filter by Team, Units, Area, Document type, Status, and Title, in addition to having the option to add other fields to the filter if necessary, by clicking the button Add fields.

If you need to perform a new search, click the button Reset Report to access the home page.
Next to the filter button, if you want to customize how the list columns are displayed, the system allows you to add, remove, or change the order and display of the columns, by clicking the table icon shown below.
When you click the table icon, a floating window will be displayed, allowing you to reorder the columns, remove or add fields to be shown in the list.

In addition, it is possible to export the values/columns in an Excel (.xlsx) file, by clicking the icon of Excel document.
When you click the Excel document icon, a confirmation window will be displayed with a link to view the request.

Accessing the link in the floating window, the system will redirect to the page of Reports exported to Excel, where you can view the request and download it after processing is complete.
