Orders and fines list

The order and fine listing report is a feature that allows you to view, in a consolidated way, all information related to the orders and fines linked to legal documents. The data is displayed in real time, immediately reflecting any changes made.

To access the order and fine listing, open the main menu, select the module Legal, Reports, and click the option Order and fine listing.

Next, the block (Report: Order and fine listing) will be displayed:

The report can be viewed in two ways: with the Current Data and Cut-off Data.

The Current Data option is selected by default, displaying all registered order and fine values in real time.

By selecting the Cut-off Data option, the system allows you to consult the history of a specific audit cut-off.

When viewing in Current Data mode, if any value is compromised, the system allows you to change the values by clicking the Edit button.

By clicking the Edit button, a floating window will be displayed, allowing you to edit the values of the order/fine.

Within this floating window, it is possible to check the change history in the Order Values section.

If you need to analyze specific data, the listing allows you to search the data by clicking the Filter button. You can filter by Team, Units, Area, Document Type, Status, and Title, in addition to having the possibility of adding other fields to the filter if necessary, by clicking the Add fields button.

Next to the filter button, if you want to customize the display of listing columns, the system allows you to add, remove, or change the order and display of columns by clicking the table icon shown below.

By clicking the table icon, a floating window will be displayed, allowing you to reorder columns, remove, or add fields to be displayed in the listing.

In addition, it is possible to export the values/columns to an excel (.xlsx) file by clicking the excel document icon.

By clicking the excel document icon, a confirmation window will be displayed with a link to view the request.

Accessing the floating window link, the system will redirect to the page of Exported Excel Reports, where you can view the request and download it after processing is complete.

At the end of the listing, the system displays the legend for the colors and icons in the listing.
