Change the status of the activity
Important: before proceeding, make sure you are familiar with the settings for Conditional Triggers and Stage Transition Triggers.
In the Triggers and actions block, click the icon and a floating window will be displayed:
Click Select and choose the action type Change activity assignee

A new section will open below

Change activity assignee
In the Responsible Type field
we have the following options:
User: it is possible to select a system user to become responsible for the activity.

Unit position: it is possible to select a responsible person through the position defined in the unit.

Return to creator: the activity will be returned to the original creator.
User dynamic field: it is possible to define a user through the user dynamic field and make them responsible for the activity.

Ignore required fields: when the switch is activated, it will allow the automatic change of the activity assignee, ignoring required fields.
After configuring, click the Save button to register the settings. The action will be executed according to the logic of the configured trigger type. In this example, we used the conditional trigger type. As shown in the Events column, if the Simple Alternative (dynamic field) is equal to Alternative A, the action is executed.
To see whether the trigger was fired, access the Change Logs card in the activity details.
