Stage transition trigger

In the listing, click the edit (pencil) icon next to the Stage transition automation type:

The form contains:

  • Automation Trigger: displays "Stage transition" — for information only.

  • Name*: required.

  • Activate/Deactivate automation: switch to activate or deactivate. Inactive by default.

  • Description: free text.

  • Stage transitions block: defines the source and destination stages that will trigger the automation.

  • Actions block: what will be executed when the transition occurs.


Configuring Stage transitions

In the Stage transitions block, click Configure or click directly on the dashed area:

The configuration modal will be displayed:

  • Source stages: select the stage(s) where the activity starts. Enable "All stages" or "Activity creation" if necessary.

  • Destination stages: select the stage(s) where the activity goes. Enable "All stages" if necessary.

Click Save. The configured transitions will appear in the block:

Viewing the Stage transition automation

Click the view (👁) icon in the listing. The panel displays 2 tabs: Stage transitions and Actions:

To activate the Stage transition automation, you must have at least one transition (source/destination) and one action configured.
