Types of requests and fines

Request and fine types are classifications used to categorize different requests or penalties linked to a legal case. This categorization makes it possible to organize and standardize the information recorded in legal documents.

To create/add request and fine types, open the main menu, select the module Legal, Settings and click the Request and Fine Types option.

Next, the block (Request and Fine Types) will be displayed:

When you click the Add Request Type button, a new block will be displayed to add the request/fine type:

To proceed with creating the request/fine type, the following items must be filled in:

Request/fine type: Define a name for the request/fine.

Description: If necessary, add a description of the request/fine type.

Default expense classification: Defines whether it is an Operational or Financial classification.

After filling in the fields, click the Save button to record it in the system.

Edit and remove

If necessary, the system allows you to edit the item by clicking the icon Edit (pencil).

When removing a guarantee type, a confirmation window will be displayed.
