Full

It is from the activity type that activities are created, each with its own deadlines and parties responsible for each situation. Activities of a given type will always have similar characteristics, such as the same operational flow and the same stage transition rules.

Another important characteristic of an activity is its repetitive behavior. Each activity is an independent delivery. But activities can be created, executed, and completed countless times. It is also possible to create and execute many activities of the same type at the same time, since each one may refer to a specific client, department, or need.

What differentiates one activity from another are its code, deadline, title, and specific information (fixed and dynamic fields). But in general, activities of the same type have a similar structure. When the rules and settings of an activity type are changed, these changes will also be reflected in the activities.

A very important concept in activities is the role of the person responsible, which we will see in the next topic.
