Activity manager
An activity must always have one person responsible for its execution. In the context of the Blue Service platform, the person responsible for the activity must necessarily be a registered user. The user responsible for the activity is the one who has the power to change information, add files, make comments, change stages, and even define another responsible person.
It is not possible for an activity to have two responsible people at the same time. It is only possible to assign a single responsible person at a time. But an activity can have several different responsible people throughout its execution.

This happens, for example, when there are multiple actors or people who play different roles throughout the operational flow. It is also often necessary for people in leadership or management positions to be assigned as responsible in order to perform a specific function in the process, such as an approval, for example.
Observers
In addition to the responsible person, it is possible to assign observers to an activity. Observers must also be users registered on the platform. Observers can follow the execution of the activity in a supporting way, that is, they have a secondary role, only to receive alerts and stay informed about updates to a specific activity.
