Filling out custom fields
They are configurable fields, that is, they are created and associated with a specific activity type.
Their purpose is to describe the factors capable of producing changes in an activity type. For example, the reimbursement process needs to be carried out. Therefore, some fields need to exist so that this operation is successfully executed. However, these configurable fields are the responsibility of the area manager.
When creating a custom field, there are several possibilities to link a specific type, that is, the field in question must necessarily be linked to one of the following elements:
Custom fields
Custom fields are customized data entries, configured for each activity type.
Multiple choice
These are the ones that already present the possible answer options, among which the employee chooses more than one that matches the request or proposed questions.
Single choice
These are the ones that already present the possible answer options, among which the employee chooses the only one that correctly answers the request or proposed questions.
File
A file is the place intended for document storage. It is a general term that encompasses many possibilities and different aspects.
Digital signature
The digital signature field currently only allows signature input through the Mobile app. On the Web platform, this field only displays an image file with the signature (if any).

ZIP code
The Postal Addressing Code (CEP) may be related to a region, a specific neighborhood, or even the recipient's building.
Customer
It is generally used to refer to an actual or potential purchaser/user of products and/or services offered by an individual or organization. It is worth noting that for a customer to exist, prior registration in the system is required.
Date
Indication of year, month, and day on which an event took place.
Date and time
Indication of year, month, day, and time when an event took place.
Used to identify someone on the internet and link them to some type of activity.
Address with geolocation
Used to identify, through GoogleMaps or another geolocation method, a specific address accurately with latitude and longitude coordinates. To use this dynamic field, it is necessary to activate integration with GoogleMaps.
Gallery
Possibility of attaching images, photos, and related items in the system.
Time
Indication of the time at which an event took place.
Decimal number
Decimal numbers are non-integer rational numbers (Q) expressed with commas and that have decimal places, for example: 1,54; 4,6; 8,9, etc. They can be positive or negative. Decimal places are counted from the comma; for example, the number 12,451 has three decimal places, that is, three digits after the comma.
Integer number
Integers are positive and negative numbers that do not have a decimal part, and zero. These numbers form the set of integers, indicated by ℤ;
Monetary number
Related to money, to currency in circulation: monetary system; monetary value; monetary payment;
Percentage number
Represented by the symbol %, it is the division of any number by 100. The expression 25%, for example, means that 25 parts of a whole were divided into 100 parts;
Phone
Landline or mobile phone number that is assigned to someone;
Short text
Normally, content is considered short when it contains at most 500 characters. It is often quick and easy to understand, covers one part of a subject, and does not go very deep into it.
Long text
It has characteristics similar to the Text box, but supports more information and can include several lines listed in it. Normally, content is considered long when it contains at most 65,000 characters.
User
They are external agents to the system who make use of technology to perform certain work; that is, they are the collaborator who handles the system, fills in data, and performs everything relevant to their access profile.
