Filling out custom fields

They are configurable fields, that is, they are created and associated with a specific activity type.

Their purpose is to describe the factors capable of producing changes in an activity type. For example, the reimbursement process needs to be carried out. Therefore, some fields need to exist so that this operation is successfully executed. However, these configurable fields are the responsibility of the area manager.

When creating a custom field, there are several possibilities to link a specific type, that is, the field in question must necessarily be linked to one of the following elements:

Decimal number

Decimal numbers are non-integer rational numbers (Q) expressed with commas and that have decimal places, for example: 1,54; 4,6; 8,9, etc. They can be positive or negative. Decimal places are counted from the comma; for example, the number 12,451 has three decimal places, that is, three digits after the comma.
