Fixed and dynamic fields for activities in the app

Activities are always constantly changing, whether to update information or to fill in fields that were still empty; editing an activity is very simple. In this module, we will learn the behavior of all types of fixed and dynamic fields that can make up an activity.

Important rules!
* If the field you want to change is configured on the web platform as: “not editable”, it will not be possible to edit it on the mobile platform.
* A user's permission level determines whether you can or cannot change fields within an activity.
* A user's permission level determines whether you can change any activity or only activities in which your user is defined as “responsible”.


Fixed field: Title/Subject

Changes the title of your activity.

Fixed field: Stage

Changes the stage of your activity workflow.

  1. Search – Click the search field and type the name of the contract or unit you want.

  2. Selection – Select the desired stage by clicking its area.

  3. Save – Click the Save button to finish your editing.


Fixed field: Contract/Unit

This field associates a company unit or contract.

Fixed field: Person

This field associates a company person with your activity.

Fixed field: Legal Document

This field associates a legal document with your activity.

Fixed field: Responsible

The Responsible field determines the user responsible for the activity.

Fixed field: Priority

The Priority field determines the activity's priority level.

Fixed field: Status

Changes the status of your activity.

Fixed fields: Deadline

The Deadline field determines the date and time of the activity's due date.

  3. Time – When clicked, allows you to set specific hours and minutes.

  4. Undefined – when enabled, the fields above are disabled and the deadline becomes undefined.

  5. Save – Click the Save button to finish your editing.


Fixed fields: Planning start

The Planning start field determines the initial date of the activity planning.

Fixed fields: Planning end

The Planning end field determines the final date of the activity planning.

Fixed fields: Description and Notes

These are fields that complement the information in your activity; they have the same editing format.

Important Note!
When editing a field in online mode, the system automatically updates the activity form, bringing the new information to the mobile activity and synchronizing it simultaneously with the web platform. This way, you can follow your updates in real time regardless of the device you are using.
Dynamic field types can be easily identified; the field type is always described right below the field title on its editing screen.


Dynamic field of type: Single choice

This field allows the user to select only one option to fill in.

Dynamic field of type: Multiple choice

This field allows the user to select one or more options to fill in.

Dynamic field of type: File

The file field is intended to attach a file to the activity.

  1. Camera – allows adding an image in real time.

  2. Gallery – allows selecting images or videos from the device gallery.

  3. File – opens the device's file folder, allowing the selection of a file. Accepts traditional file formats.


Dynamic field of type: Digital Signature

The digital signature field allows the recording and documentation of a signature in the activity form.

Adding a signature:

  1. Clear – Click the Clear button to clear the signature drawn over the dotted area

Specific field for recording and documenting ZIP code numbers.

The gallery field is intended to allow uploading several files in a single action.

Dynamic fields of type: Decimal Number, Integer, Monetary and Percentage

Numeric-type fields follow the same editing pattern and are essential for documenting information in activities.

  1. Type the desired value in the field's value area.

  1. Save – Click the Save button to finish your editing.


Important Note!
Fields of the type: “percentage”, “decimal” and “monetary” have decimal places; the number of decimal places displayed in the field is configured through the web platform. Commas or periods are inserted automatically by the system according to the configured settings.


Dynamic field of type: Phone

Specific field for recording and documenting phone numbers.

  2. Country – Click to select the phone country

  3. Type the desired phone number, always starting with the area code.

  4. Tags – select one or more tags to associate with the phone number

  5. Notes – provide notes about the phone to make it easier for other users to understand.

  6. Save – Click the Save button to finish your editing.


Dynamic fields of type: Short Text and Long Text

Text fields are common in activity forms and allow free writing, with the long type offering a large number of characters that can be entered, while the short type offers fewer available.
