Types of guarantees

The types of guarantees are classifications used to identify the different forms of guarantee linked to the process. These guarantees aim to ensure compliance with an obligation, reducing risks for the parties involved.

To create/add guarantee types, open the main menu, select the module Legal, Settings and click the Guarantee Types option.

Next, the block (Guarantee Types) will be displayed:

When clicking the Add Guarantee Type button, a new block will be displayed to add the guarantee type:

To proceed with creating the guarantee type, the following items need to be filled in:

Guarantee type: Define the name of the guarantee type.

Description: If necessary, enter a description of the guarantee type.

Edit and remove

If necessary, the system allows you to edit it by clicking the Edit (pencil) icon.

When removing a guarantee type, a confirmation window will be displayed.
