Activities Module

All process management and execution is concentrated in the activities module. This is the main module of the system and the core of the BPM platform. Here are powerful features such as creating operational flows and stages, forms with fixed and dynamic fields, defining deadlines and responsible parties, attaching documents and files, triggers and automated actions, alerts, approvals, electronic document signing, sub-activities, time tracking, list sharing, a kanban board, and countless other tools.

Units/Contracts Module

The units/contracts module is a powerful complement to the activities module. It can house a structure that supports activity execution, adopting different formats of units, accounts, or service provision contracts. For this reason, this module includes the custom naming feature, which allows it to be named according to the business context of the company or organization.
