Permission and visibility control

Permission

Permission control refers to the access the user has in the system, that is, the screens (areas and actions), and they are divided into:

  • None (The user will not have access to the screen, that is, it will not be presented or viewed. The system restricts access);

  • Read (The user will only be able to view the screen, not obtaining edit permission for a given functionality);

  • Write (Full permission);

View

View control refers to the view the user will have within the system in a hierarchical structure (Branch, Management, Superintendency, and Global):

  • Branch: Individual view;

  • Management: View of branches linked to a management unit (parent);

  • Superintendency: View of management units and branches linked to a superintendency (parent);

  • Global: Overall view, in which the user can see all superintendencies, management units, and branches.
