Files on drives in the app

In addition to the fields that allow image uploads, the file panel is also present in a unit. The purpose of this panel is to enable documentation of files in various formats that help with monitoring the unit. Here you can upload photos, videos, images from the gallery, among others.


Accessing the file modal

To access the file modal, just click the Files button.

Adding a file

To add a file is very simple, let's see:

  1. Add – Click the Add button to open the modal with the file addition form.

  2. Reference month – Allows you to define a reference month and year for the file. By default, the current month and year are already filled in.

  3. File type – Allows you to associate a file type with the file being added.

  4. Title – Defines a title for the file.

  5. Description – Defines a description for the file.

  6. Add file – Click the button to open the file upload sub-menu with the following options that allow you to:

    • Take a photo or record a video in real time.

    • Browse and insert images or videos saved in the device gallery.

    • Browse and insert files saved on the device.

  7. Tags – Allows you to select tags for the file. This field is required to organize files by tags.

  8. Save – Click the Save button to finish your changes.


Accessing the files by tag screen

This screen displays the files that were added with the selected tag.

  1. Tags – Click the desired tag to expand and view the files belonging to that tag.

  2. Files – Click the Files card to open the file modal for the selected tag.

  3. Files by tag – In this modal, all files that were added with the tag shown at the top of the modal are displayed.


File actions

This pop-up allows you to perform actions on the selected file

  1. Tags – Click the desired tag to expand and view the files belonging to that tag.

  1. Edit – Click to access the file editing form.

  2. View – Click to view the file.

  3. Delete – Click to delete the file. After clicking, a file deletion confirmation pop-up will be displayed.

  4. Cancel – Click to cancel the actions.
