Legal highlights blocks

In the legal documents listing, it is possible to create highlight blocks in the list. To perform this operation, click the Lists icon, and immediately afterwards new icons related to the list will open below, among them the Highlight block icon:

When clicking the Highlight blocks icon, a floating window will be displayed:

When clicking the Add button, a new block will be displayed:

To add a new highlight block, some fields need to be filled in:

Title: When selecting this field, it is possible to define a brief title for the highlight block, then click the field – and fill it in.

Field: When selecting this option, it is possible to choose a fixed field type that will be highlighted, that is, which will be named as main, then click on: Select… – and choose it.

Operation: When selecting this option, it is possible to choose a type of procedure that will be performed on a certain quantity of elements, and that will always follow the same logic (rule), then click on: Select… – and choose it.

To exemplify this operation, imagine that in the expense reimbursement process, the user wants to make the sum of the “total expense amount” field stand out (highlight). Thus, throughout the entire activity process involving these parameters, the system automatically calculates the entered values:

After configuring the highlight block fields, click the Save button.
