Updates This Month

This quality update brings improvements to the screen and layers panel. We updated the Component icon throughout the application to distinguish it from the Grids. Additionally, we made the Primary Breakpoints and Variants more distinct in the left panel, making it easier to see whether you're editing the primary or an instance. The breakpoints will now also show the ranges in the layers panel. See more updates below.

Starting January

Last month, we added support for automatic coloring and new layout options for components, along with various fixes and improvements. If you set a fill color for your page, it will now also be applied in browsers like Safari and ensure you don’t see completely white backgrounds when scrolling the page on mobile devices. Additionally, we added support for minimum and maximum scaling to all smart and code components, greatly simplifying many common layouts and patterns. See the full changelog below.

• We automatically set the body's background color based on your page's fill color.

• You can now override the body's background color and customize it for each breakpoint.

• We now support minimum and maximum scaling for all smart and code components.

• We consistently display the minimum and maximum tooltip in the properties panel.

• You can now use all alignment options for layers with the position set to Fixed.

• We now notify if the height of a parent layer is changed due to layout edits.

• We improved the radius and fill controls, which no longer reset values.

• The split number input fields no longer show increments, allowing longer values to be displayed correctly.

• We enhanced appearance effects using spring scale transitions.
