Reasons for user access
To add a user access reason, open the main menu, select the General settings module, General registrations, and click the User access reasons: option.

This section displays the user access reasons:

When clicking the Add user access reason button, a section below will open:

User access reasons: Define a user access reason.
After filling in the field, click the Save button to record the information.
Edit
To edit, click the edit icon

A section below will open for editing:

After editing, click the Save button to record the information.
Remove
To remove, click the remove icon

A confirmation pop-up will open asking if you really want to remove it:
