In addition to the fields that allow image uploads, the file panel may be present in an activity according to the settings configured on the web platform. The purpose of this panel is to enable the documentation of files in various formats that assist in monitoring and executing the activity; here you can upload audio, videos, images, among others. Uploading is very simple, let's see:

  1. Add file – Click the button to open the file upload sub-menu.

  2. Audio – This button allows real-time audio recording and upload of the recorded file.

  3. Video – This button allows real-time video recording and upload of the recorded file.

  4. Photo – This button allows you to take a photo in real time and upload it.

  5. Gallery – This button allows searching, inserting, and uploading a file stored in the device memory.


Adding a real-time audio file

  1. Add file – Click the button to open the file upload sub-menu.

  1. Audio – Click the “audio” button to select the category.

  1. Recorder – Click the “recorder” button to start recording your audio.

  1. “Stop” – Click the “stop” button to end your audio recording.

  1. “Send” – Click the “send” button to finish your edit; the recorded audio will be automatically attached to your activity.


Adding a real-time video file

  1. Add file – Click the button to open the file upload sub-menu.

  1. Video – Click the “video” button to start using your camera.

  1. Record – Click the camera button to start video recording; to finish recording, click the same button.

  1. Check – Click the “check” button to finish your edit; the recorded video will be automatically attached to your activity.


Adding a real-time photo file

  1. Add file – Click the button to open the file upload sub-menu.

  1. Photo – Click the “Photo” button to start using your camera.

Full

  1. Click the camera button to capture the desired photo.

  1. Check – Click the “check” button to finish your edit; the photo will be automatically attached to your activity.


Adding a file from the device memory

  1. Add file – Click the button to open the file upload sub-menu.

  1. Gallery – Click the “gallery” button to access your device memory.

Full

  1. Click the image you want; it will be attached automatically.


Deleting a file from the activity

  1. Drag the file to the left side of the screen to open the delete button.

  1. Delete – Click the “delete” button to delete the file.

  1. Click “yes” to complete the file deletion.
